The training was very well structured and interesting, deepened understanding considerably and now feel able to confident to help and support others
The instructor made the course relaxed and enjoyable even when the course can be very intense. I would highly recommend this course and Bridget has been a dream and a pleasure to meet
Great course, excellent tutor. A must for everyone to attend’
Excellent presentation skills, knowledge was very visible
The trainer made the most uncomfortable of topics easy to talk about. Very friendly, very engaging and a pleasure to meet.
Bridget was very knowledgeable, very confident and had the knowledge to back up the subject matter. Thank you for being a great teacher and just a lovely person
I feel that I have a greater understanding and feel more confident to discuss, support and signpost parents for the best support. I have been working with a parent with very poor mental health and I feel my knowledge and confidence from attending the course has greatly supported this work. I feel I ask more appropriate questions and listen better.
Bridget has recently delivered the Mental Health First Aid course to me and my colleagues. We all found the course informative and interesting.
I have had the great pleasure of working with Bridget and her company Traincon. I can rely on a first class service, with high caliber trainers.
The Feedback from my customers is always excellent. I would recommend Traincon to any company,
Bridget is an excellent people person, understands her business, therefore is able to understand exact training requirements to deliver bespoke courses that meet specific needs.
I have known Bridget now professionally and personally for many years. She is extremely professional in her approach to her clients and her work- but more than that she is such a positive optimistic person , warm and friendly.
Bridget works very hard to ensure she fulfils a clients requirements , and I have aleady recommended her to clients of mine- and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.
I would absolutely recommend the MHFA training. Mental health training is essential for the work that we do. When trying to support parents to implement changes in parenting/behaviour management it is often the case that the parent has poor mental health. Until this is addressed and supported it is unlikely that there will be improvements/changes to parenting and behaviour.
I actually emailed HR afterwards to say that I would recommend that we allocate MHFA people in each of our services as well as having our standard first aid trained staff. Mental health is on the increase and it is important that as an employer we are able to offer support and be aware of the signs and symptoms.
